30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all membership subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. You can request a refund in two ways:

  • Open the billing portal from inside your account to manage your subscription
  • Contact our support team via the support page and we will assist you

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Partial Refunds

If you cancel after the 30-day window, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations outside the guarantee period, unless required by law.

What Is Not Refundable

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are entitled to a refund under local consumer protection laws, those rights remain in full force regardless of this policy.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe also handles tax calculation, invoicing, and dispute resolution on our behalf in supported jurisdictions.
